Getting Started
Sign up at x.fuku.ai/register — no credit card required. Your workspace opens with free trial credits so you can run your first search immediately.
The workspace
The left navigation mirrors this documentation: Search, Jobs, Interviews, Messages, Talents, and Analytics. Everything you do — searches, shortlists, conversations — is saved to the project you're working in, so context never gets lost between sessions.
Your first search
Open Search and describe who you need in plain language, or paste a job description. Fuku returns a ranked list from a verified, enriched resume database across Asia-Pacific in seconds. Add promising candidates to a job to start a pipeline.
Where to go next
Set up a job, invite candidates to an AI interview with Fiona, then reach out from the unified inbox.
Next: Projects →
Getting Started
Projects
Projects keep parallel hiring work separate. A project bundles its searches, jobs, shortlists, and conversations, so an agency can run one project per client, and an in-house team can run one per department or hiring round.
Working with projects
Create a project from the project switcher in the top bar. Everything you create afterwards — searches, jobs, outreach — is filed under the active project. Switch projects at any time; nothing is shared between them unless you move it deliberately.
Good defaults
Small teams often start with a single project. Create more when you find yourself hiring for genuinely distinct contexts — different clients, entities, or regions.

Getting Started
All About Credits
Credits are Fuku's usage currency. Actions that consume fresh data or AI compute — revealing verified contact details, enriching a profile, running an AI interview — draw from your credit balance. Browsing search results and managing pipelines does not.
How plans map to credits
Starter includes free trial credits for your first AI-powered hire. Growth includes expanded search and contact credits plus AI interviews at volume. Enterprise is sized to a custom credit volume for agencies and high-volume hiring. See Pricing for the full comparison.
Tracking usage
Your current balance lives in the top bar, and Analytics breaks down consumption by teammate and by action, so you always know where credits go before you need more.

Search & Prompt
Search
Search is where hiring starts in Fuku. Describe the role in plain language — "backend lead with fintech experience in Singapore, comfortable with Go" — or paste a whole job description. Fuku's matching algorithm understands intent, not just keywords, and outperforms traditional Boolean search.
Ranked results
Results come back in seconds, ranked by match, experience, and culture fit, each with a match score. Profiles are drawn from a proprietary database of verified resumes across Asia-Pacific, enriched with fresh contact data from multiple trusted sources.
Acting on results
From any result you can add the candidate to a job, save them to your Talent Pool, or open the full profile. Iterate on the prompt like a conversation — each refinement re-ranks the list.
Next: Filters →
Search & Prompt
Filters
Filters narrow a search without rewriting the prompt. Stack them to cut a broad result set down to a reviewable shortlist.
Available filters
Refine by location, years of experience, seniority, current or past employer, education, skills, and availability signals. Filters combine with the natural-language prompt — the prompt captures intent, filters enforce hard requirements.
Tip
Start broad and filter down. Over-constrained first prompts hide strong adjacent candidates that Fuku's intent matching would otherwise surface.
Next: Profile View →
Search & Prompt
Profile View
The profile view is the full picture of one candidate: work history, education, skills, and enrichment — kept fresh so outdated resumes don't cost you time.
Reveal verified email addresses and phone numbers directly on the profile (this consumes contact credits). Revealed details stay attached to the profile for your whole team.
From profile to pipeline
Add the candidate to a job, start an outreach thread, or invite them to an AI interview — every action stays linked to the profile, so the full history travels with the candidate.
Next: Insights →
Search & Prompt
Insights
Insights summarize the talent landscape behind a search: how deep the pool is, where candidates cluster, and which companies and backgrounds dominate the market for this role.
Using insights
Use them to calibrate expectations with hiring managers before outreach starts — if the pool is thin, you'll know to widen the location or adjust requirements on day one, not week three.
Next: Search Library →
Search & Prompt
Search Library
The Search Library stores your saved searches and proven prompt patterns so good searches get reused, not rewritten.
Saving and reusing
Save any search with one click. Re-running a saved search picks up new candidates who've entered the database since — a lightweight way to keep an evergreen pipeline for roles you hire repeatedly.
Next: Create a Job →
Jobs
Create a Job
Create a job in seconds: paste a job posting URL and Fuku imports the details, or paste a job description, or describe the role and let Fuku draft the posting.
What a job contains
A job holds the description, the evaluation rubric used by AI interviews, the candidate pipeline, and every conversation attached to the role — one container from opening to offer.
Next: Job Details →
Jobs
Job Details
Job Details is the control panel for a role: edit the description, tune the interview rubric, and manage settings like pipeline stages.
The rubric
The rubric defines what Fiona evaluates in AI interviews — the same structured criteria for every candidate, so scores are consistent and comparable. Edit it before sending invites; changes apply to subsequent interviews.
Next: Candidate Pipeline →
Jobs
Candidate Pipeline
The pipeline tracks every candidate attached to a job through stages — from sourced, to interviewing, to offer. Drag candidates between stages, or let events (like a completed AI interview) move them automatically.
Staying coordinated
Each candidate card carries their match score, interview report, and conversation history, so anyone on the team can pick up a candidate without asking for context.
Next: AI Interviews →
Interviews
AI Interviews
Fiona, Fuku's AI interviewer, conducts structured video interviews at any volume, in any time zone. Candidates interview on demand — no scheduling, no delays — and every candidate is evaluated against the same rubric.
Inviting candidates
Invite candidates from a search result, a profile, or a pipeline. Each candidate receives a link and completes the interview when it suits them; Fiona adapts questions to their background and your rubric.
Interview reports
Every interview produces a clear, structured report: strengths, weaknesses, communication style, and job fit, scored against the rubric. Reports land on the candidate card in the pipeline, ready to compare side by side.
For candidates
Candidates can also practice: uploading a resume generates a personalized mock interview tailored to their background and target role, with insights to help them perform at their best.
Next: In-person Interviews →
Interviews
In-person Interviews
When a candidate advances past AI screening, schedule in-person (or live video) rounds from the same pipeline. Interview slots, participants, and outcomes stay attached to the candidate record alongside Fiona's report.
Keeping one record
Record structured feedback after each round so the final hiring decision draws on every signal — AI screening, human interviews, and the outreach history — in one place.
Next: Messages →
Outreach
Messages
Messages is the unified inbox: LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email in one conversation view. Connect your channels once and every message stays in context, on record, and attached to the role the candidate is in play for.
Why one inbox
No app switching, no lost threads. When a candidate replies on a different channel, the conversation continues in the same thread — and teammates see the full history.
Next: Batch Messaging →
Outreach
Batch Messaging
Batch Messaging sends personalized outreach to many candidates at once. Pick a shortlist, choose a template, and Fuku personalizes each message from the candidate's profile.
Best practices
Batches inherit your sending channel per candidate (their best verified channel by default). Replies flow back into Messages individually, so a batch never turns into a broadcast you can't follow up on.
Next: Templates & Signatures →
Outreach
Templates & Signatures
Templates keep your best outreach reusable, with variables that fill from the candidate profile and job. Signatures apply per teammate and per channel.
Team consistency
Share templates across the team so every touchpoint sounds like your company — while each message still reads personal.
Next: Talent Pool →
Talents
Talent Pool
The Talent Pool is your saved-candidate home: everyone you've bookmarked, contacted, or interviewed, searchable in one place and independent of any single job.
Always fresh
Fuku's enrichment keeps saved profiles up to date as candidates change roles, so a pool built this quarter is still accurate next year. When a new role opens, search your pool first — your warmest candidates are already there.
Next: Team & Roles →
Organization
Team & Roles
Invite teammates and assign roles from Organization settings. Seats and role-based permissions are available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
Roles
Admins manage billing, members run hiring, and restricted roles can review pipelines without spending credits — useful for hiring managers who weigh in on shortlists.
Next: Analytics →
Organization
Analytics
Analytics shows how hiring is actually going: searches run, interviews completed, response rates, time-to-shortlist, and credit consumption — by teammate, project, and job.
Using the numbers
Use it to spot bottlenecks (roles stuck at outreach, rubrics that filter too hard) and to report hiring ROI with real figures rather than anecdotes.
